Day 1
Arrive in Lilongwe and transfer to Mzuzu. Spend rest of evening acclimatizing, bike fitting and head to bead early ready for your first leg stretch. Spend the night at Macondo Camp.

Day 2
Cycle from Mzuzu to Vwaza Marsh Park via Ekwendeni-75km. Spend the night in the park. Self-catering with limited amenities.

Day 3
Cycle from Vwaza Marsh Park to Thazima Gate (entrance to Nyika National Park)-88km. Wild camping by the park entrance. 

Day 4
Cycle from Park entrance to Chelinda Camp deep in the Nyika National Park-62 km. Spend the night at Chelinda National Park.

Day 5
Day off the saddle. Relax and enjoy a safari tour. Spend the night at Chelinda Camp.

Day 6
Day off saddle again, head for a bird-watching trip and a game drive. Spend the night at Chelinda
Camp.

Day 7
Transfer to Mzuzu City. Cycle from Mzuzu to Chintheche-83km. Spend the night at Chintheche Inn.

Day 8
Enjoy a beach sunrise breakfast and transfer to Salima via Nkhotakota pottery. Spend the night at Wheel House Marina.

Day 9
Transfer to Lilongwe for an afternoon flight. End of tour.
